I like the diamond stone but it’s too small for adults

I have gotten SO many compliments on this necklace because people think it’s a real diamond. I’ve also swam with it on multiple times and showered and it has not changed colors or turned my neck green. I never take it off and it looks brand new! I’ve had it for about a month or two now.
